Have a 1999 Volvo S70 T5 (Engine 2.3) (Turbo). Changed both O2 sensors, and air filter, have check engine light on, code P1132. Per auto parts OBDII scan information (definition) , Bank 1 transitions - rich; possible cause: Leaking fuel injector bank 1; EGR stuck open; or engine mechanical condition.
Can someone please advise to solutions to correct problem? Thank you!!

The code means that the sensor is not reading properly. Check for intake vacuum leaks. Intake vacuum leaks can cause an improper O2 sensor reading.
