According to the code description there is a problem with the "Variable Valve Timing Control Advance". The problem could be one of the following:

- Engine oil level
- Dirty engine oil
- Check VTC Strainer for blockage
- Faulty VTC Oil Control Solenoid or circuit
- Faulty VTC Actuator

You could start by changing the oil. Make sure you use the factory recommend fluid. Full Synthetic 5W-20
